Stockorax processes only the data needed to run low-stock monitoring and back-in-stock waitlist notifications for Shopify stores.

Data we store

• Shop account data: shop domain/id, app install status, and billing-related status fields.
• Operational inventory data: monitor settings, variant/product references, and alert evaluation data.
• Waitlist data: shopper email address, and where explicitly offered, phone number for notification flows. Supporting request metadata such as hashed IP address, source URL/referrer, and user-agent string may also be stored where applicable for abuse prevention, debugging, and operation of the service.
• Notification logs: send attempts, delivery status, timestamps, and technical response metadata.

Why we store this data

To deliver app functionality requested by merchants: low-stock alerts, waitlist subscriptions, and back-in-stock notifications.

Data we do not sell

Stockorax does not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for service operation, support, and legal/compliance obligations. Merchants can request deletion at any time.

Data deletion requests

For merchant or end-customer data deletion requests, contact privacy@stockorax.com or support@stockorax.com with the shop domain and request details. Copy either address into your mail app.
